Backend Update

We've updated our backend to give you stronger, higher-quality outputs. You may notice generations take a bit more time — that's the upgrade working. Worth the wait!

Professional Development

Before you plan your next PD session.

Before You Lead PD

🧠 1. Start With the Real Problem

Before selecting a session, ask:

  • What problem are we actually trying to solve?
  • What evidence shows this is the right focus?
  • Is this a skill gap, clarity gap, or consistency gap?
  • What will change in classrooms if this PD works?

If you can't answer these, pause before scheduling.

🤝 2. Build Buy-In Before You Build Slides

  • Connect the topic to current teacher frustration.
  • Share real data or patterns from your building.
  • Make the "why" clear before the "how."
  • Invite teacher voice early.
  • Avoid surprise initiatives.

Buy-in grows when teachers feel seen, not told.

🔁 3. Plan for Follow-Through

PD without follow-up becomes noise.

  • What will you look for in walkthroughs?
  • How will you reinforce this in meetings?
  • When will you revisit the strategy?
  • How will teachers share implementation wins?
  • What support is available after the session?

Repetition creates change.

📊 4. Measure Impact (Lightly)

  • What evidence will show improvement?
  • What student behavior or learning shift should occur?
  • How will you know teachers are applying it?
  • When will you check progress?

Don't just deliver PD. Track it.
